Xinhua News Agency, Beijing, June 15 – The 12th issue of Qiushi Journal, to be published on June 16, will carry an important article by Xi Jinping, General Secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, President of the People's Republic of China, and Chairman of the Central Military Commission, titled "Integrate Advancement of Education, Science and Technology, and Talent Development." The article is a compilation of excerpts from important discourses by General Secretary Xi Jinping from December 2012 to April 2026.
The article emphasizes that education, science and technology, and talent are the foundational and strategic pillars for comprehensively building a modern socialist country. Building a strong nation in education, science and technology, and talent has inherent consistency and mutual support.
