What changes from that date regarding Coin redemption?
You will be able to redeem Coins exclusively in:
- BOX coupons, for example for food, coffee, and supermarket orders
- GERMANOS & COSMOTE TELEKOM for technology product purchases online and in physical stores.
Fixed and mobile payments via the "Pay with payzy app" service Redeem your Coins to reduce the payment amount for bills or top-ups, via the "Pay with payzy app" option in the COSMOTE TELEKOM App or the WHAT'S UP App.
You will not be able to redeem Coins for monetary value (€) The deadline for redeeming Coins for monetary value (€) is July 26, 2026.
Validity period of Coins Coins earned from your transactions are valid for 18 months from the day you acquired them. After 18 months, they expire automatically and will no longer be available for redemption.
The 18-month validity period will start counting from the date of implementation of the new policy, from 07/27/2026.
What remains the same: You continue to collect Coins by making transactions with payzy. For every €1 you spend, you earn 1 Coin.
