Last night, July 18, the Moscow region again declared a threat of drone attacks. Interception of targets was recorded in one of the region's municipalities.
The air danger signal sounded at 00:54. The Telegram channel "Moscow Radar" warned of the likelihood of attack drones of the airplane type, belonging to Ukrainian formations, approaching the Moscow region.
After the threat was announced, specialized resources clarified the situation for Zaraysk. According to surveillance services, active operations by Russian Aerospace Forces aircraft were observed in the sky over this district. The military was put on high alert to search for and destroy enemy drones.
The previous day, several large groups of drones—about 30 units—were heading toward the Moscow region. They passed transit through the Belgorod, Kursk, Oryol, Kaluga, Ryazan, and Tula regions and were eliminated. According to experts, the night activity of aviation in Zaraysk indicates that the enemy continues attempts to breach the airspace of the capital region. Local residents noted sounds of explosions characteristic of air defense systems last night.
Official confirmation of the presented data has not yet been received. Information is being clarified in relevant departments.
