On the night of this Thursday, a team from the Intelligence Service of the 2nd Battalion of the Military Police executed a recapture warrant against a man identified by the initials F.X.S.L., 22 years old, who was a fugitive from justice.
According to information contained in the warrant issued by the 1st Criminal Execution Court of São Luís (MA), the accused is a native of Parnaíba and was wanted for escaping the prison system.
Suspect was located after intelligence work
After a work of information gathering and monitoring, the police managed to locate the fugitive in the Ilha Grande de Santa Isabel neighborhood in Parnaíba. The arrest was carried out in compliance with the determination issued by the Court.
Man was taken to the Flagrante Center
After the capture, the suspect was taken to the Flagrante Center of Parnaíba, where the appropriate legal procedures were carried out. Subsequently, he was placed at the disposal of the Court for the necessary judicial measures.
