Future Beauty Brands(FBB), a portfolio company of Yellow Wood Partners, named Heather Wallace as its new chief executive officer.

With over 20 years of experience in global beauty and consumer health, Wallace combines her knowledge of direct skincare, dermatology, hair care and cosmetics with hands-on commercial strategy, operations and marketing expertise, said the Happi Top 50 Company.

Most recently, Wallace served as president, US at Galderma. She also was president of the Americas at Revlon and a region head of Henkel Beauty North America.

Dana Schmaltz, partner at Yellow Wood Partners, said: “We couldn’t be more excited to welcome Heather as the new CEO of FBB. We have known Heather for many years and admired her accomplishments throughout her career.”

Wallace succeeds Rob Keen, who served in the role since January 2026.
