Maharashtra Scooters Announces ₹160 Dividend, Record Date September 21: Maharashtra Scooters Limited, a Bajaj Group company, has announced an interim dividend of ₹160 per share for FY27. The company’s board approved the dividend on September 15, with September 21, 2026, set as the record date. The stock will trade ex-dividend on Monday.
Eligible shareholders will receive the dividend on or before October 13, 2026. The face value of the share is ₹10. Last year, the company paid an interim dividend of ₹160 and a final dividend of ₹60 per share.
Maharashtra Scooters is a subsidiary of Bajaj Holdings & Investment and operates as a Core Investment Company. Under this structure, most of its assets are invested within the Bajaj Group.
The company’s shares closed at ₹13,738.75 on the BSE on Friday, September 18, after rising more than 4%. The stock has fallen around 22% over the past year but has gained over 200% in two years.
For the April-June 2026 quarter, the company reported revenue of ₹5.41 crore and a net profit of ₹3.32 crore. For FY26, revenue stood at ₹312.76 crore, while net profit was ₹310.56 crore.
