There are currently a number of settlements that could spell cash for a lot of people.
These settlements range from big companies to small, as do the cash payouts for eligible class members. Check out the below settlements — along with their claim deadlines and the like — to see which might apply to you:
Apple
The lawsuit: Apple was accused of being deceptive in the marketing of its iPhone 16 and certain iPhone 15 products with regards to AI features. While the tech company has denied any wrongdoing, it did agree to a settlement payment of $250 million.
Eligible parties: Anyone who purchased the following iPhones between June 10, 2024, and March 29, 2025:
- iPhone 16
- iPhone 16e
- iPhone 16 Plus
- iPhone 16 Pro Max
- iPhone 15 Pro
- iPhone 15 Pro Max
Claim amount: $25 to $95.
Claim deadline: Unknown at this time.

Delta Dental
The lawsuit: Wyssta Services, Inc. — which operates the online patient portal for Delta Dental — was accused by a class action lawsuit of violating users’ privacy rights. Specifically, by using advertising and analytics tracking data — like cookies — to those using the portal without their knowledge or consent. Wyssta agreed to a settlement of $12.67 million.
Eligible parties: Patients who used mydeltadentalcoversme.com between Jan. 23, 2021, and Jan. 23, 2025.
Claim amount: Up to $16.50.
Claim deadline: Aug. 20

First Financial Security
The lawsuit: National insurance agency First Financial Security fell victim to a massive data breach in 2023. A resulting class action lawsuit accused First Financial Security of failing to sufficiently protect customers’ data, leaving it wide open to bad actors. First Financial Security agreed to a $1.2 million this past spring. The agency denied any wrongdoing.
Eligible parties: All customers impacted by the Oct. 17 2023 data breach.
Claim amount: Up to $500.

Land’s End
The lawsuit: Lands’ End was victim to a data breach in Dec. 2024, compromising sensitive customer information. The clothing chain didn’t admit to any wrongdoing; the amount it paid for the settlement is undisclosed.
Eligible parties: Anyone “residing in the United States whose private information was compromised in the data incident.
Claim amount: Up to $5,000.
Claim deadline: Oct. 22

Lemonade
The lawsuit: Lemonade was accused of negligence and violations of multiple consumer privacy data laws that compromised sensitive customer data when it came to its insurance quote platform. The plaintiff behind the class action lawsuit claims to have never been a customer of the insurance company, and yet, the platform still somehow populated his driver’s license number after his name was entered.
Eligible parties: Anyone who had their information compromised between a April 1, 2023 and Sept. 18, 2024 data breach.
Claim amount: Up to $10,000.
Claim deadline: Sept. 8
