Jensen Huang, CEO of NVIDIA, is visiting Korea again after seven months to hold a dinner meeting with the heads of major domestic companies at a popular location in Seoul.

SK Group Chairman Choi Tae-won, Hyundai Motor Group Chairman Chung Eui-sun, LG Group Chairman Koo Kwang-mo, and Naver Chairman Lee Hae-jin, representing the domestic AI semiconductor and physical AI industries, are expected to join CEO Huang in an open-hearted gathering.

According to industry sources on the 5th (Korean time), CEO Huang is scheduled to arrive via a chartered flight at Seoul Gimpo Business Aviation Center (SGBAC) in Gangseo-gu, Seoul, in the afternoon.

In the evening, he will begin his official schedule with a dinner meeting with the domestic business leaders including Chairmen Choi Tae-won, Chung Eui-sun, Koo Kwang-mo, and Chairman Lee Hae-jin at a restaurant in Seoul.

During his previous visit to Korea, a dinner at 'Kkanbu Chicken' in Samseong-dong, Gangnam-gu, with Samsung Electronics Chairman Lee Jae-yong and Chung Eui-sun, drew huge attention as the 'Kkanbu meeting'. This meeting is also drawing attention as a gathering between Chairman Huang and domestic business leaders.

The meeting is likely to be a so-called 'Samso (samgyeopsal and soju) meeting' at a pork belly restaurant in a bustling area such as Hongdae-ipgu in Mapo-gu or Euljiro in Jung-gu.

Initially, a pork belly restaurant in Seongsu-dong, Seongdong-gu, was speculated as the venue, but considering security and site conditions, Hongdae-ipgu is now being mentioned.

Given CEO Huang's usual style of enjoying public appearances, it is also speculated that he might take a walk and have a second round of drinks, interacting naturally with citizens.

The discussions are expected to broadly cover cooperation in areas such as High Bandwidth Memory (HBM), AI data centers, autonomous driving, robotics, and physical AI.

SK Group supplies HBM, a key component for NVIDIA's GPUs, through SK Hynix.

CEO Huang recently visited SK Hynix's booth at Computex 2026, Asia's largest IT exhibition, and signed an HBM wafer with the comment "Please make more."

Additionally, SK Group is accelerating the construction of an AI ecosystem combining AI data centers with energy and communication infrastructure, making it an optimal partner for NVIDIA in terms of next-generation AI semiconductor supply and AI data center expansion.

Hyundai Motor Group and NVIDIA signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) last year after the 'Kkanbu meeting' between Chung Eui-sun and CEO Huang to enhance domestic physical AI capabilities. They have invested $3 billion to establish an NVIDIA AI technology center and a Hyundai Motor Group physical AI application center in Korea.

Hyundai Motor Group is also collaborating with NVIDIA to advance Boston Dynamics' humanoid robot 'Atlas'.

LG Electronics is developing its own physical AI model based on NVIDIA's universal humanoid reasoning model 'Isaac GR00T'.

It is also conducting field demonstrations of intelligent robots using NVIDIA's robot development platform and fostering AI infrastructure businesses such as cooling solutions for AI data centers and HVAC.

LG AI Research Institute (Exaone), LG Innotek (robot sensing and semiconductor substrates), and LG Uplus (cloud) are among the affiliates expected to expand cooperation with NVIDIA in various areas.

Naver is intensively developing future technologies such as robots, cloud, digital twins, and 5G specialized networks, and there is a need for cooperation with NVIDIA in AI infrastructure, robots, and data centers.

CEO Huang is scheduled to throw a ceremonial first pitch at the Doosan Bears home baseball game at Jamsil Baseball Stadium in Seoul on the weekend, aiming at Doosan Group Chairman Park Jung-won, who will be the batter.

Doosan Robotics is using NVIDIA's AI and robotics infrastructure to build a robot platform for industrial sites.

Doosan Corporation's Electronic BG supplies high-end copper clad laminate (CCL), a key material for AI accelerators, to NVIDIA.

Doosan Enerbility is expanding orders for gas turbines for power generation as AI data centers expand in the United States.
