Oil prices rise 5% after news of suspension of Iran negotiations
Moscow, June 1 - AiF-Moscow.
World oil prices accelerated their rise to 5% amid news that Tehran has suspended the negotiation process with Washington. This is evidenced by trading data.
The price of August futures for Brent crude oil has already exceeded $100 per barrel.
The reason was a report by the Iranian agency Tasnim that Iran is suspending the exchange of messages with the US in protest against the actions of the Israeli army in Lebanon.
Earlier, it was reported that the US military shot down 2 Iranian missiles aimed at a military base in Kuwait.
