Pakistan has once again carried out deadly attacks in Afghanistan. Afghan government officials and local sources said on Wednesday morning that at least 13 people were killed in Pakistani attacks in Afghanistan near the border of the two countries. Afghanistan said that Pakistani military aircraft violated its airspace at night and bombed civilian homes in Kunar, Khost, and Paktika provinces. According to Afghan officials, the attack killed 11 children, one woman, and one elderly person, while 14 women and children were injured.

Kabul's Taliban rulers condemned the attacks, calling them a human rights crime and an act of aggression. Pakistan has previously carried out deadly attacks in Afghanistan many times. According to Taliban government chief spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid, Pakistani aircraft violated Afghanistan's airspace and targeted civilian residences in Khost, Kunar, and Paktika provinces.

Taliban condemned the Pakistani attack

The Taliban called these attacks a clear violation of Afghanistan's sovereignty. However, no official statement has yet come from Pakistan regarding these recent attacks. Pakistan says that 'Pakistani Taliban' (TTP) militants are using Afghan soil to carry out major suicide and terrorist attacks in Pakistan.

Pakistan has long been demanding action from the Afghan Taliban against these militants, which Kabul has been refusing. In contrast, the Afghan Taliban says that Pakistan is targeting innocent Afghan citizens to divert attention from its internal security and political failures.
