TRIBUNSUMSEL.COM - PT Pertamina (Persero) officially adjusted the prices of non-subsidized fuel products at all gas stations across Indonesia starting today, Wednesday (10/6/2026).
In this latest policy, two leading non-subsidized fuel types, Pertamax (RON 92) and Pertamax Green (RON 95), experienced significant price increases.
For the DKI Jakarta and Java regions, the price of Pertamax jumped from IDR 12,300 to IDR 16,250 per liter.
This Pertamax price increase ends a period that lasted more than three months.
Similarly, the Pertamax Green 95 variant also surged from IDR 12,900 to IDR 17,000 per liter.
Meanwhile, Pertamina ensured that the selling prices for subsidized fuel lines did not change.
The price of Pertalite remained at IDR 10,000 per liter and Biosolar at IDR 6,800 per liter.
Corporate Secretary of Pertamina Patra Niaga, Roberth MV Dumatubun, explained that this price adjustment was decided after coordination with the government as regulator and was carried out according to a periodic evaluation mechanism considering world oil price developments and economic market prices.
He explained that the adjustment of non-subsidized fuel prices is to maintain a balance between business continuity, service quality, and certainty of energy supply for the community.
"The price adjustment for Pertamax and Pertamax Green was carried out after going through an evaluation process according to the price formula set by the government. The selling price was decided while still coordinating with the government as regulator, and is part of efforts to maintain the sustainability of energy supply and distribution of quality fuel for the community to continue running optimally," said Roberth in his statement on Wednesday (10/6/2026), as quoted from Kompas.com.
Roberth also emphasized that the stock of Pertamax series commodities is confirmed to be safe and distributed across all Pertamina gas station networks.
"We ensure that the supply of Pertamax and Pertamax Green remains safe and available at Pertamina gas station networks," he added.
