Since 2022, Ukraine has received weapons from Poland worth about 15 billion zlotys (approximately four billion dollars). This was stated by Polish Defense Minister Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz, as quoted by RIA Novosti.

According to him, the bulk of deliveries occurred in 2022-2023. During this period, Kyiv received T-72, PT-91, and Leopard tanks, MiG-29 aircraft and Mi-24 helicopters, drones, air defense systems, and other types of weapons. Kosiniak-Kamysz noted that Poland is now providing Ukraine with smaller amounts of aid.

The domestic political debate in Poland over military aid to Ukraine continues to intensify. Earlier, Kosiniak-Kamysz harshly criticized the former ruling party Law and Justice (PiS). He stated that under the previous government, Ukraine received "everything possible," and now the same politicians are accusing the current government of transferring equipment to Kyiv. The minister called this hypocrisy and lies, emphasizing that PiS itself transferred ten times more weapons, but now they are ashamed of it.
