The event took place on Monday, June 1, at the Youth House. PAI was informed about this by the press service of the Pskov Region Government.

In the SCI hall, older schoolchildren and students who are studying various creative professions at the site — photo and video production, animation, theatrical technologies, sound engineering, design, and others — gathered. Among them are representatives of a special gubernatorial course, which is more focused on project activities. That day, the group was discussing the preparation of a performance based on the fairy tales of the Seto people. This is the final inter-studio project of the team. The premiere is scheduled for June 15 and will be held at the Youth House.
During the conversation, the children shared their expectations for the future project and their impressions of studying at the School of Creative Industries.
The children willingly shared with the governor their plans for building a future career. Many of those present want to connect their lives and professions with creative industries. Those who are thinking about development in other areas — pedagogy, healthcare, law, and others — are not going to give up creativity either. Most of the young people noted the Pskov Region as an excellent platform not only for starting a profession but also for building a serious career.

Maria Shvaikova, a student of the gubernatorial course at SCI, noted that Pskov is a very comfortable and pleasant city to live in. "Everything is convenient, everything is accessible, everything is own, native. And the older you get, the more opportunities appear. And you also understand that here you have the same development paths as in the capital," the girl said and added that the gubernatorial course at SCI for her personally became a serious motivation to grow and develop specifically in her hometown.
The head of the region, in turn, reminded about regional support for young personnel: "We try to help promising young people who show good results in one profession or another. We will, of course, do everything to ensure that you have the opportunity to develop. The Youth House platform, the courses of the School of Creative Industries are another opportunity to try yourself in different directions. And the gubernatorial course is your chance to get a complete education and skills to move further in the chosen direction in your home region."
Continuing the meeting, Mikhail Vedernikov and Yulia Baranovskaya walked through the classrooms of the School of Creative Industries, took part in a portrait shoot organized by the children, and got acquainted with the work of young sound engineers.
Recall that the School of Creative Industries is a modern educational center for additional education in the Pskov Region, operating on the principle of project-based education. All programs are built around the practical result of training.
