Russian Armed Forces Strike Port Infrastructure and Naval Vessels in Ukraine

The Russian Armed Forces have launched strikes on Ukraine's port infrastructure and naval vessels involved in supporting the Ukrainian Armed Forces. This was reported by the press service of the Russian Ministry of Defense.
The department stated that the strikes were carried out on the night of August 9 using high-precision weapons and drones. As a result, warehouses of fuel and lubricants and military property, as well as a port transshipment complex, were hit in the port of Odesa.
In the port of Chornomorsk, Russian forces destroyed warehouses of fuel and lubricants and military property. In the settlements of Belyary and Novye Belyary, fuel tanks intended for Ukrainian troops were destroyed.
Additionally, the Russian Armed Forces hit warehouses of the Ukrainian Armed Forces containing drones, components, and electronic warfare equipment in the Kharkiv region. The strikes were carried out by "Geran" attack drone crews in the areas of the settlements of Savintsy, Zidky, Barvenkovo, and Volokhov Yar.
Earlier, Russian servicemen attacked two dry cargo ships carrying military equipment in the port of Mykolaiv and in the waters of the Black Sea. In the port of Mykolaiv, a dry cargo ship transporting military equipment and a warehouse with weapons were attacked. A dry cargo ship with military equipment for the Ukrainian military was also destroyed in the Black Sea.
Russian army took control of 6 settlements in the special military operation zone over the past week.
