Zyuganov Speaks of Russia's Defeat in the War

The leader of the Russian pro-Kremlin Communist Party (CPRF) unexpectedly made a strong anti-war statement following the parliamentary "elections." He announced that the Russian Federation expects to be defeated in the protracted war against Ukraine. This is reported by Dialog.UA.
The politician urged the Kremlin to switch to a policy of "friendship," abandoning confrontation with the Western world.
"If the course is not changed and this exhausting war continues, everyone will lose," the Russian politician stated.
He also expressed dissatisfaction with the situation in the Russian economy.
"The world is moving forward at a rate of 3-4%, while we have had 1% for 15 years. This is unacceptable," said Zyuganov, commenting on Russia's economic growth rate.
He was also outraged by the sharp rise in prices in Russia. According to the politician, in the past year alone, products for the "borscht set" have increased in price by 40%.
He also noted Russia's technological backwardness compared to developed countries, pointing out that during Putin's 20 years in power, Russia "has not made its own phone."
