TMK Team Awarded Order "For Valiant Labor"
The team of the Pipe Metallurgical Company (TMK) has been awarded the Order "For Valiant Labor" for its contribution to the development of the metallurgical industry and achieved labor successes. The corresponding decree was signed by the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin. The award was presented during a ceremonial ceremony by the First Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation, Denis Manturov.
In 2026, TMK celebrates its 25th anniversary. For the anniversary, which took place on April 17, more than 800 employees of the company received state, departmental, regional, and corporate awards for their contribution to the development of domestic metallurgy. These include Letters of Gratitude from the President of the Russian Federation, the title "Honored Metallurgist," Certificates of Honor from the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, awards from regional authorities, and corporate awards from TMK and its branches.
The main value of TMK is its people, who participate in achieving common goals, introduce new approaches and technologies, grow and develop together with the company. TMK's successes would be impossible without the conscientious and dedicated work of its employees, which has already been recognized with various awards and now receives recognition at the highest level.
The Order "For Valiant Labor" was established by a Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated February 1, 2024. It is awarded for great merits in labor activities aimed at strengthening and developing the country's economic potential, for highly productive work at enterprises, organizations, and institutions that contribute to increasing the competitiveness of sectors of the Russian economy, as well as various types of products, and other achievements.
TMK unites more than 20 enterprises in different regions of the country, employing over 50,000 people. With large-scale capacities for the production of a full range of steel pipes, its own electric steelmaking complex, research divisions, and a highly professional workforce, TMK has mastered the production of almost all types of steel pipes and is the largest producer of this product in Russia, and is also among the top three global producers.
