On June 28, at Longqi Technology's Nanchang factory in Jiangxi, the six-day full-coverage operation of the Zhiyuan Elf G2 tablet quality inspection station was successfully completed. The Elf G2 fully undertook the four major processes of the tablet quality inspection station, completing a total of 17,625 operations with a task success rate of 99.99%.
Zhiyuan Elf G2 on regular production line at Longqi Technology
Currently in the embodied intelligence industry, many humanoid robots remain at the level of laboratory demos and stage performances, struggling to withstand the rigorous mass production conditions of real factories, leaving doubts about landing authenticity and long-term stability. Zhiyuan chose a six-day fully transparent live broadcast of the real production line, without avoiding complex production interferences, and fully disclosed operational data, using actual mass production operation processes to visually verify that the Elf G2 possesses the "deployment-ready" hard strength to truly work industrially and stably create production capacity over the long term.
Since March 16, after preliminary testing and adjustments, the Zhiyuan Elf G2 officially "started work" at the Longqi factory and has been operating stably for 105 days. During this six-day fully transparent live broadcast, the G2, as usual, strictly followed the factory's standard working hours, together with test equipment and transmission tracks, forming a minimal operational unit to complete the entire tablet quality inspection process: multimedia interface testing, audio testing, radiated spurious emission testing, and coupling testing. It autonomously grabbed tablets from the assembly line, communicated with the test cabinet in milliseconds, accurately performed cabinet detection, and automatically sorted finished and defective products, fully matching the production line's rhythm without the need for continuous manual intervention.
This live broadcast attracted nationwide attention, with a total of 20.45 million cumulative views across all live rooms and a total exposure of over 200 million.
Yao Maoqing, partner, senior vice president, and president of the embodied business at Zhiyuan, introduced that unlike laboratory demonstration scenarios, real factories have complex working conditions such as signal interference, material tolerances, and dynamic rhythm fluctuations. The six-day uninterrupted actual combat fully verified the Elf G2's real operational capabilities. More importantly, this live broadcast was not a stunt but the daily work routine of the G2 since March. Relying on the underlying architecture of Three Intelligences in One, Zhiyuan will accelerate the large-scale deployment of deployment-ready states in more scenarios. On the last day of the live broadcast, Zhiyuan's 15,000th general-purpose embodied robot officially rolled off the production line, with a mass production capacity of tens of thousands laying a solid foundation for large-scale batch delivery.
