Ziraat Bank has launched the "Green Export Credit Package" and "Green Investment Credit Package" in cooperation with the Credit Guarantee Fund (KGF) and the Credit Registry Bureau (KKB) to support the green transformation processes of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The new credit packages aim to encourage SMEs' access to financing in their sustainability journeys, support environmentally friendly investments, and accelerate the transition to a green economy. Alpaslan Çakar, General Manager of Ziraat Bank, said, "We see sustainable financing not only as a banking activity but as a strategic investment in our country's future. We will continue to diversify our financing solutions that support green transformation in all areas of the economy, from agriculture to industry, from exports to energy." Erdoğan Özegen, Chairman of the Board of Directors of KGF, also stated that green economy is one of the most important transformation areas that will further advance Turkey's production power, export capacity, and global competitiveness in the new century. Özegen said, "As KGF, we will continue to stand by our real sector."

The credit packages, developed in line with Turkey's sustainable development vision and 2053 Net Zero Emission targets, will contribute to the environmental transformation processes of businesses while increasing their competitive power in international markets. Alpaslan Çakar drew attention to the strategic importance of exporting SMEs for the Turkish economy, stating that SMEs, which carry out a significant portion of the country's exports, are the cornerstone of production, employment, and sustainable growth. Çakar stated, "As Ziraat Bank, with these financing packages we have implemented in cooperation with the Credit Guarantee Fund and the Credit Registry Bureau, we bring together the sustainability performance of our SMEs with financing and accelerate their green transformation processes."
