BEI Records 8 Companies Queuing for IPO in Indonesia's Capital Market

As of June 26, 2026, PT Bursa Efek Indonesia reported eight companies in the pipeline to conduct Initial Public Offerings, with the majority from the health sector.

As of now, there are eight companies in the BEI stock listing pipeline.

Jakarta (ANTARA) - PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) reported that there are eight companies in the pipeline (queue) to conduct an Initial Public Offering (IPO) in Indonesia's capital market, as of June 26, 2026.

"As of now, there are eight companies in the BEI stock listing pipeline," said BEI Corporate Valuation Director I Gede Nyoman Yetna in an official statement in Jakarta on Monday.

Of the eight companies in the IPO queue, Nyoman revealed that six companies have large-scale assets above Rp250 billion, one company has medium-scale assets between Rp50 billion to Rp250 billion, and one company has small-scale assets below Rp50 billion.

The classification of company asset scale refers to Financial Services Authority Regulation (POJK) Number 53/POJK.04/2017.

By sector of the eight IPO queue companies, Nyoman detailed that four companies are from the health sector, two companies from the primary consumer goods sector, one company from the primary consumer goods sector, and one company from the infrastructure sector.

As of June 26, 2026, there has been one company that conducted an IPO with funds raised of Rp306 billion, so the total number of listed companies in Indonesia's capital market is currently 957 companies.

Meanwhile, BEI recorded the issuance of 71 emissions from 43 issuers of Debt Securities and Sukuk (EBUS) with funds raised of Rp76.09 trillion as of June 26, 2026.

Up to that period, Nyoman revealed that there were 48 emissions from 33 EBUS issuers in the pipeline (queue) to issue EBUS emissions, consisting of various sectors.

Meanwhile, for rights issues (HMETD), there have been four companies that conducted rights issues with a total value of Rp3.89 trillion as of June 26, 2025.

In the queue, there is one company that will conduct a rights issue, from the property sector.
