The children's bodies were found buried under the rubble of their home, says Oleh Hryhorov, head of the Sumy military administration.
According to Ukrainian authorities, an 89-year-old woman died in a strike on the port city of Mykolaiv in southern Ukraine.
Ukrainian strikes near Moscow
According to Russia, several people have died in a Ukrainian drone strike on the Moscow region.

Russia also accuses Ukraine of a drone crashing into a beach at the Arkhipo-Osipovka resort on the Black Sea on Monday. According to Russia, seven people died and 40 were wounded as a result.
