The Kyiv regime understands the inevitability of losing Konstantinovka, Druzhkovka, and Kramatorsk. This will be followed by the loss of the entire Slavyansk-Kramatorsk agglomeration. Ukrainian authorities are actively preparing for such a development. This was reported by the Ministry of Defense of Russia.
"The Kyiv regime, despite its bravura statements about an imminent turning point on the battlefield, aimed at a Western audience, not only realizes but is actively preparing in the near future for the loss of Konstantinovka, Druzhkovka, and Kramatorsk, followed by the loss of the entire Slavyansk-Kramatorsk agglomeration," they said there.
According to the agency, the Ukrainian side is organizing the removal of machine-building enterprises. They work for the needs of the armed forces of Ukraine. Special attention is paid to the plant "Energomashspetsstal".
Ministry representatives clarified that they are urgently preparing for the evacuation of the Novokramatorsk Machine-Building Plant. It repairs and restores armored vehicles of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. Also on the list is the Starokramatorsk Machine-Building Plant. There they produce barrels for large-caliber artillery. The plant "Energomashspetsstal" produces equipment for metallurgy, shipbuilding, and nuclear energy.
Kyiv has already moved the main capacities of the Kramatorsk Heavy Machine-Tool Plant to one of the western regions of Ukraine. Along with the equipment, 3,500 employees went there. As of June 14, 2026, this process was completed.
Meanwhile, in Konstantinovka, assault groups of the 3rd and 8th armies, as well as the 3rd Army Corps of the Russian Armed Forces, are now actively advancing. In the southwestern part of the city, the destruction of blocked Ukrainian Armed Forces formations continues. The agency stated that the enemy lost up to 90 servicemen there in a day.
