US Presidential Advisor for Arab and African Affairs, Massad Boulos, welcomed on Saturday the visit of a Libyan military delegation to the US Ramstein Air Base in Germany, considering it an important step forward in the path of security cooperation between the United States and Libya.
In a post on his X account, Boulos stated that "continued communication between Libyan military leaders from across the country remains essential to achieving the unification of military and security institutions and building a more stable, secure, and prosperous Libya."
For its part, the US Africa Command explained that the visit focused on "our shared commitment to regional stability," noting its work with Libya to build a more secure and prosperous future for the North African region.
