Trump has made another statement about Zelensky

US President Donald Trump has accused his Ukrainian counterpart, Volodymyr Zelensky, of "never wanting to end" the war that Russia started against Ukraine. He wrote about this on his social network, Truth Social.

"Zelensky is using diesel oil refineries in Russia as targets, knowing that these attacks are seriously harming global diesel markets, particularly in the United States.

Farmers, ranchers, and businesses of all kinds are suffering greatly from this, but Russia is nevertheless supplying millions of barrels of diesel fuel to the world at a low price," Trump's statement said.

According to him, Zelensky "doesn't care... with all the money that... Europe is providing him, and that Joe Biden gave him in the past." The American leader claims that the President of Ukraine allegedly "does not want to end this war and probably never wanted to."

Trump stated that two years ago, Zelensky could have "made a better deal than now."

The US President also recalled some "oceans" that Ukraine has allegedly lost.

"His country is in ruins, a significant part of its territory is lost, its oceans and seas have disappeared, and its male population has been reduced, wounded, and/or killed," Trump claims.

The head of the White House assured that he is negotiating peace between Ukraine and Russia and does not want to do anything "that would senselessly push Russia away from the negotiating table." According to him, "significant progress is being made today, including in the ongoing hostage negotiations."

At the same time, Trump stated that Russia is "doing very little, if anything at all" to help Iran, compared to what it could be doing.

"And I want it to stay that way, and it will, unless stupid people get in the way," the American president concluded in his post.

Earlier, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio announced that Trump had canceled large-scale sanctions against Russian energy carriers provided for by the "Lindsey Graham Act," which he himself signed in September. This cancellation will last for 60 days.
