On the afternoon of July 31, the Russian army attacked Vinnytsia Oblast. As a result of the strike, a hit was recorded on a civilian infrastructure facility — a Nova Poshta branch.
Natalia Zabolotna, head of the Vinnytsia Regional Military Administration, reported that the region was under an enemy air attack.
“There is a hit on civilian infrastructure,” the official said.
Later she added that the Russian army had struck a Nova Poshta branch. According to her, all services are working at the scene.
It is known that at least five people were injured. In particular, a 19-year-old man sustained injuries of moderate severity. The other four victims are in “light” condition.
It should be noted that in the Vinnytsia and Haisyn districts, the air raid alert lasted about half an hour and ended at 10:01. The military warned of a jet-propelled drone heading toward Ladyzhyn.
