Since the commencement of weekly food waste collection, my black bin now contains only completely inert material and it certainly doesn’t need emptying every two weeks.
A monthly collection would be quite sufficient.
Maybe other residents have a similar experience.
Perhaps the cash strapped borough council might explore this as a possible cost saving.
