MOSCOW, October 17, FederalPress. The Russian military command has reported the completion of combat operations against a large group of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the northeastern Kharkiv region. Russian President Vladimir Putin discussed the operation's outcomes with military officials at a meeting held at a support command post of the Joint Group of Forces.
