Ukraine wanted to conclude the first Drone Deal with the United States of America. The Americans planned to test all types of Ukrainian drones. However, the bilateral agreement has not been signed so far. The head of state stated this in an interview with Face the Nation, UNN reports.

"We agreed on how they wanted to test, use for training, and deploy our systems in the air, on land, and at sea. But we still do not have a bilateral Drone Deal — a large framework document."

According to him, the Drone Deals that already exist have been concluded with some countries in the Middle East and Europe, and a major Drone Deal with the EU is currently being prepared.

"I hope that we will reach the same agreement with our American partners. I am counting on it."

He explained that American companies possess advanced AI technologies that Ukraine does not have. In turn, Ukraine has much that the Americans lack, thanks to significant battlefield experience.

"I believe this cooperation can be huge — the strongest in the world of its kind. We need to negotiate, not just talk about it. Take the necessary steps and do it as quickly as possible. For this, we need President Trump to say 'yes.'"
