Investment projects calling for investment 27/06-03/07/2026: New urban area worth over VND 28.3 trillion in Bac Ninh
In the week of June 27 to July 3, 2026, six provinces and cities called for investment in 7 projects with a total capital of nearly VND 38.3 trillion. Notably, an urban area worth over VND 28.3 trillion in Bac Ninh.
Bac Ninh: 2 projects
Bac Ninh Province's No. 1 Civil Project and Urban Development Management Board is about to call for investment in Van Trung New Urban Area in Nenh Ward, covering over 102 hectares with a capital of over VND 28.3 trillion. The implementation timeline is 96 months from the date of investor approval. Specifically, completion of compensation, site clearance, and land allocation to the investor will take 36 months, and project implementation will take 60 months.
Bac Ninh also invites interest in the Da Ong Lake and Cau Re Lake solar power projects in Tam Tien and Yen The communes, covering nearly 55 hectares with an investment capital of nearly VND 875 billion. Construction of project items and putting the project into operation will be completed within 6 months from the date the State decides to lease the land.
Nghe An: 1 project
The Management Board of the Southeast Nghe An Economic Zone announced it will soon invite interest in the Urban, Resort Tourism, and Sports Area south of N2 Road in An Chau Commune, part of the Southeast Economic Zone – Phase 1. Total investment capital is over VND 7,226 billion.
The project scale includes residential areas with apartments; construction of rough works and exterior finishing for low-rise houses (townhouses, villas); residential land with completed technical infrastructure for transfer of land use rights in the form of subdivision and sale of plots for people to build houses themselves.
In addition, there will be kindergartens, primary schools, secondary schools, cultural houses, medical areas, commercial service areas, and tourism service areas covering 14.88 hectares with approximately 900 beds.
Investment in a theme park of nearly 11.7 hectares, with a scale of 5-6 million visitors per year; along with a green park of nearly 2 hectares. There will also be a sports area of nearly 70.5 hectares and an 18-hole golf course.
The implementation timeline will follow the investor's proposal; in particular, the construction of the golf course must not exceed 36 months from the date of land allocation, land lease, or permission for land use purpose change.
Hai Phong: 1 project
The People's Committee of Vinh Lai Commune informed about the investment project to build a new residential area in Da Nghi 2 Hamlet, Nghia An Commune, Ninh Giang District (now Vinh Lai Commune, Hai Phong City). The area is over 4.8 hectares, with an investment capital of nearly VND 157 billion.
The entire planned area has not yet been compensated or cleared. Implementation timeline is 12 months.
Hung Yen: 1 project
The Hung Yen Province Department of Construction calls for investment in the Tho Hoang 2 residential area and public market of nearly 1.8 hectares in An Thi Commune, with an investment capital of nearly VND 184 billion. Implementation timeline is 24 months.
Vinh Long: 1 project
The Vinh Long Province Department of Finance introduces the investment project for the Vinh Long Domestic Waste Treatment Plant using incineration combined with energy recovery (incineration for power generation), covering over 7.1 hectares, with a total investment of VND 1,400 billion, located in Phu Quoi Commune. The project is expected to be completed and put into operation in Q4/2028.
Gia Lai: 1 project
The Gia Lai Province Department of Finance invites interest in the Northern Region Domestic Solid Waste Treatment Plant project with a capacity of 250 tons of domestic solid waste per day in Bong Son Ward, with an investment capital of VND 150 billion. Implementation timeline is not more than 18 months.
