Kurti Promises Billion-Euro Investments in Podujevë Rally

Vetëvendosje held its next rally in Podujevë. In this municipality, the candidate for prime minister of Vetëvendosje, Albin Kurti, promised capital investments for this municipality, billion-euro investments in defense, as well as projects in education, health, and infrastructure.

He said that mothers, children, the north, the army, and agriculture will continue to be their priorities.

The candidate for prime minister from Vetëvendosje, Albin Kurti, held an electoral rally in Podujevë, where he presented the planned projects for this municipality and the priorities of the future government.

During his speech, Kurti promised investments in infrastructure and capital projects for Podujevë, mentioning the Podujevë-Vushtrri road, the railway, the construction of new kindergartens, as well as the renovation of collective housing to increase energy efficiency.

Speaking about capital investments, he said the goal is to realize billion-euro investments.

"1 billion euros per year in capital expenditures. 729 million euros just last year. We will increase capital investments. We must build 5 dams, four railways, and we will build or renovate 20 stadiums. It will be a year of major capital expenditures...", Kurti said.

Kurti also promised investments in defense. In the education sector, he pledged to revise school textbooks and profile universities.

"We will also invest in education and health. We will revise school textbooks. We will profile universities. We have started implementing mobility scholarships worth 20 million euros. The farther you study from your place of residence, the more the state subsidizes you...", Kurti said.

During the rally, it was said that Llapi strongly supports Vetëvendosje's vision.
