Bhopal. On the occasion of International Yoga Day, Muslim women performed collective yoga at the campus in Eidgah Hills, conveying a message of health, awareness, and social unity. A large number of women enthusiastically participated in this event held on the eve of Yoga Day and practiced various yoga postures. Under the guidance of yoga instructors, the women resolved to make yoga a part of their lifestyle. Shakila highlighted the physical, mental, and spiritual benefits of yoga, saying that regular practice improves health and increases self-confidence and positive energy. Rakesh Kukreja of the Dharma Seva Samiti said that yoga is not limited to physical exercise but is a means to build a healthy body, balanced mind, and better society. He called upon everyone to include yoga in their daily routine. Senior office-bearer of the organization, Bhagwan Das Dhaiya, said that this yoga program organized by Muslim women is an effort to strengthen women's empowerment, social harmony, and the resolve for a healthy India. Meanwhile, Suraiya Baji said that yoga is an effective medium to bring positive change in life. Regular yoga practice provides mental peace along with physical ability. She appealed to women to make yoga an integral part of their daily lives. At the conclusion of the program, all participants resolved to practice yoga regularly and celebrate International Yoga Day with enthusiasm.
