On the sidelines of SPIEF-2026, the government of Primorsky Krai and JSC "1C Group" signed a partnership agreement to work in the field of digital transformation and development of the educational environment. The document was signed by First Vice-Governor — Head of the Regional Government Vera Shcherbina and Director of 1C Group Boris Nuraliev.

The parties agreed to exchange experience, technological and methodological information when launching and promoting projects based on the 1C:Enterprise platform. The agreement plans to organize partner seminars, round tables, and working meetings. Special attention is paid to the development of the digital environment in educational institutions of Primorye, including training and retraining of personnel in digitalization, IT security, and information technology in general.

Vera Shcherbina explained that the agreement is intended to promote the digital transformation of the region. First of all, this corresponds to the objectives of the national project "Data Economy and Digital Transformation of the State". According to her, Primorye has already launched a unified centralized management system for financial and economic activities of state authorities and their subordinate institutions based on 1C technologies. The region is also promoting the systematization of personnel management using the 1C system and is considering the possibility of introducing personal accounts for civil servants to further optimize internal corporate policy. The First Vice-Governor expressed hope that the partnership under the agreement signed at SPIEF will become the basis for further development of the system and will contribute to raising the level of high-quality digitalization of the region.

Representative of 1C Group Boris Nuraliev, in turn, recalled that the company has valuable experience accumulated over many years in implementing cloud systems on the scale of individual constituent entities of the Russian Federation. The practice of the IT enterprise has already covered thousands of organizations in the country: it allows 1C experts to centralize databases in a single virtual space and build an effective system for monitoring management activities. He paid special attention to the prospects of cooperation with Primorye. According to Nuraliev, joint work will give the company the opportunity to apply and refine the most successful cases in the region, as well as to use advanced technologies for further development of the region's IT potential.
