Arezzo, 11 July 2026 – One million euros over three years: 250 thousand euros in 2026, 375 thousand in 2027 and the same in 2028. This is what the Region will make available for the securing of the Rondine castle, the medieval village in the Arezzo countryside that hosts the Cittadella della Pace, the organization founded in 1997 which, in addition to organizing various reflection initiatives throughout the year promoting the culture of dialogue, hosts young people from war-torn countries or emerging from strong conflicts – Israelis and Palestinians, Russians and Ukrainians, young people from the Balkans – to make them live and study together, break down hatred and thus discover the person in the enemy.
