241 Battles Along the Front

The Ukrainian General Staff reported on Friday, June 12, 2026, that there were a total of 241 battles the previous day. According to military reports, 2,667 units of weapons, military equipment, and vehicles were destroyed. However, these figures cannot be independently verified.

The General Staff reported that Russian troops carried out a missile attack with two missiles and 116 airstrikes the previous day, using 317 guided bombs. Additionally, 10,104 kamikaze drones were deployed and 3,528 artillery attacks on positions and settlements were recorded, including 52 with multiple rocket launchers.

Pokrovsk in Focus with 47 Attacks

Most attacks were concentrated in the Pokrovsk region with 47 advances, accounting for about one-fifth of all battles. This was followed by Huliaipole with 20 attacks in the south and Lyman with 17 battles in the east. Further focal points were in Sloviansk and Kostiantynivka with eleven attacks each, and Vovchansk near Kharkiv with nine battles. Battles were also reported near Oleksandrivsk and along the Dnipro.

Ukrainian Counterattacks on Russian Positions

According to the report, Ukrainian forces targeted 17 areas where Russian troops were concentrated using air force, missile forces, and artillery. Additionally, three artillery systems were destroyed. These figures cannot be independently verified.

According to the General Staff, 1,300 Russian soldiers were killed or wounded on Thursday. Russia also lost four tanks, one armored vehicle, and 78 artillery systems.

Regarding other equipment, 2,218 drones and 352 vehicles and fuel tanks were destroyed. Additionally, eight ground-based robotic systems, two multiple rocket launchers, one air defense system, and three units of special equipment were lost.

Total Russian Losses Since the Start of the War

Since the beginning of the war, Russia has lost approximately 1,380,120 soldiers, according to the General Staff. Additionally, 12,014 tanks, 24,728 armored vehicles, and 43,865 artillery systems have been destroyed. Also counted are 1,861 multiple rocket launchers, 1,417 air defense systems, and 436 aircraft. This includes 353 helicopters, 1,636 ground-based robotic systems, 344,869 drones, and 4,733 cruise missiles. Furthermore, 33 ships, two submarines, 105,850 vehicles and fuel tanks, and 4,280 units of special equipment have been lost.

Ukraine has been defending itself against the war of aggression ordered by Russian President Vladimir Putin since February 2022.
