According to Ukrainian information, the Moscow refinery was hit again. At the same time, observers published footage of a burning high-rise building. The Ukrainian Armed Forces had once again attacked the Moscow oil refinery, the Ukrainian General Staff announced. Accordingly, several impacts were registered on the site. According to preliminary assessments, a combined refinery facility, petroleum processing plants, and parts of the tank farm burned.
The Ukrainian General Staff also stated that the refinery processes more than twelve million tons of crude oil annually and is used to supply the Russian army.

Satellite data from the FIRMS system of the US space agency NASA, which records fires worldwide in real time, have registered large-scale fires on the refinery site.
The Telegram channel "Exilenova-Plus" published videos from residents that are said to show fires on the refinery grounds in the Moscow district of Kapotnya. Footage also showed smoke over the Russian capital and flames on the upper floors of a high-rise building.
According to an analysis by the independent Russian channel Astra, at least one residential high-rise in the Novye Kotelniki residential area was hit in the attack. Videos showed damage on the upper floors of the building.
Moscow's Mayor Sergei Sobyanin confirmed on his Telegram channel that several drones had reached the Moscow refinery. On Thursday morning he wrote: "The Ministry of Defense destroyed 52 drones that had flown to Moscow with the air defense system. Rescue service specialists are working at the crash site of the debris."
Further attacks on fuel depots and bridges
According to the Ukrainian General Staff, the Gukovo fuel depot in the Russian Rostov region was also hit. Impacts and a fire were registered there. The depot is used for storing and transshipment of fuels and lubricants for military and civilian infrastructure.
Furthermore, Ukrainian units attacked a road bridge over the Kalka River near Hranitne in the Donetsk region and a railway bridge over the North Crimean Canal near Rozdolne on the Russian-controlled Crimea. Both structures were used for military transport and to supply Russian troops.
The General Staff also reported a hit on a command post near Soledar. Added to this were attacks on fuel depots in Mariupol and Pyatykhatky and on a material depot near Boikivske in the Donetsk region.
Previous damage now confirmed
Additional reconnaissance confirmed further damage to previously attacked facilities, the General Staff announced. Following an attack on June 14 on the Palkino pumping station in the Russian Yaroslavl region, seven tanks with a total volume of 95,000 cubic meters were destroyed.
For an attack on June 13 on an oil treatment and extraction facility in the Volgograd region, Ukraine reported damage to three storage tanks and a pipeline. Damage to five large tanks of the Tamanneftegas oil terminal in the Krasnodar region has also been confirmed.
